I want to introduce myself and why I am writing this blog. My name is Ihor Bohay. I have been practicing dentistry for almost 30 years. Over the years I have come to realize that dental health and overall health are intrinsically linked. I have taken classes and courses in wellness and natural remedies, and also participated in seminars through the Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. My objective is not only to live better, but to provide the best possible service for my patients. There is much information out there about your dental and overall health that is often confusing and conflicting. I wanted to create this blog to help provide tips, links, and synthesized information from good articles and sources.
